Deleting Your Entry Finance Profile
You can permanently delete your Entry Finance profile at any time from the app. This page explains what gets deleted, what you need to do first, and what happens after.
What deletion does
When you delete your profile:
Your Entry Finance account is permanently closed. You will be signed out and cannot sign back in with the same login.
Your wallet credentials managed by Entry Finance (the embedded login wallet, if you used one) are removed from our authentication provider. Any embedded wallet that Entry Finance held for you will no longer exist.
Your account is marked as deleted in our systems immediately.
External wallets you connected through WalletConnect or a browser extension (MetaMask, Rabby, etc.) are not affected. You remain in full control of those wallets and any funds in them.
Before you delete: things you must do first
Step 1 is the most important and cannot be undone. The app cannot verify whether you've done it. If you skip it and you signed in with an embedded wallet, anything that wallet ever held — on any chain — is gone forever.
Export and back up your embedded wallet's seed phrase — if you use one. Deleting your profile removes the embedded wallet from our authentication provider. Entry Finance does not store your seed phrase and cannot recover it for you afterward. Anything still held by that wallet on any chain (tokens, NFTs, contract roles, etc.) is unreachable without the seed phrase. Export it from Settings → Wallet → Export seed phrase and store it somewhere safe before you delete. Users on external wallets (WalletConnect, MetaMask, Rabby, etc.) already control their own keys and can skip this step.
Steps 2–5 are enforced by the app — it will refuse to delete your profile while any of them are still true, and will tell you exactly which wallet, vault, order, or subscription is blocking.
Active copy-trading subscriptions. Unsubscribe from every leader you are copying. The app's "Copy Trading" screen shows your active subscriptions.
Active trailing stop-loss orders. Cancel any trailing stop-loss orders that are still tracking. The "Open Orders" screen lists them.
Funds in an Entry Finance-deployed vault. Each vault Entry Finance has deployed for you must have a zero Hyperliquid balance. Withdraw all USDC and close any open positions from inside the vault before deleting.
Funds in your Entry Finance embedded wallet. If you sign in with an Entry Finance embedded wallet (rather than an external wallet), your wallet's Hyperliquid account must also have a zero balance. Withdraw USDC and close positions first.
How to delete
Open Entry Finance.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete profile and confirm.
The app will run the precondition checks, then complete the deletion. You will be signed out automatically.
After deletion
Sign-in with the same login (Privy DID) is no longer possible. To use Entry Finance again, you would need to create a new profile.
Funds in any external wallet you previously connected remain entirely yours — they were never held by Entry Finance.
Some account history (referrals, points already accrued before deletion, card transactions, anonymized usage logs) may be retained for compliance and audit purposes. None of it can be used to sign you back in.
Can deletion be undone?
No. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you change your mind, you will need to start fresh with a new profile.
Trouble deleting?
If the app reports a Hyperliquid balance you don't recognize, double-check:
Open perp positions (close them, even if the unrealized PnL is small).
USDC sitting in your Hyperliquid account that hasn't been withdrawn to a wallet.
Pending withdrawals that have not yet finalized.
If a deletion attempt fails with a message about the authentication provider (e.g. "privy deletion failed"), your profile is already marked as deleted locally and you are signed out — you do not need to do anything. Our team will reconcile the remaining provider-side cleanup from logs.
